Safety reminder: Companies engaged in online medical device sales should prominently display their production/business license or filing certificate on the main page, and display the product registration certificate or filing certificate on the product page. Consumers buying medical devices online should check business qualifications, product registration/filing information, and whether the name, model, specification, scope of application, etc. match the registration certificate or filing certificate. E-commerce platforms should also strengthen monitoring of onboarded sellers, stop violations promptly, and report them to regulators.
The regulatory stance is clear: implement the “four strictest” requirements, continuously increase oversight, and severely punish violations to protect public safety in the use of medical devices.
